Tuol Sleng

Before becoming a center of detention and torture under the Khmer Rouge regime in 1975,ToulSleng was a school. Today the building is a museum dedicated to the memory. It includes photographs of nearly 5,000 victims, written documents, and some paintings depicting life in prison.

The complex is deliberately kept in the state since the Khmer Rouge left.
